Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of AllInClips ("AllInClips", "we", "us", "our"), an individual developer based in Croatia, European Union. They govern your use of our website and service. By accessing or using AllInClips you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

AllInClips detects highlight moments in public live streams, edits them into short vertical videos with a title and captions, and publishes them to a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage, through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You may only connect a TikTok account that you own or have explicit permission to manage.
• You are responsible for keeping your TikTok credentials secure and for all activity under your connected account.

3. Authorization to publish

AllInClips publishes to your TikTok account only after you authorize it on TikTok's own consent screen. By authorizing, you permit us to upload and publish videos to your account on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and websites, or by emailing us. Revocation takes effect immediately.

4. Your content and responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the videos published to your account, including their titles, captions and descriptions, and for choosing what is published.
• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer terms, and with all applicable laws.
• You must have the right to use the source material. Clips are derived from public live streams; you are responsible for respecting the rights of streamers and other rights holders, for crediting the source where appropriate, and for removing any video on a rights holder's request.
• You must not use AllInClips to publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, infringing, or that otherwise violates TikTok's rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; reverse engineer, scrape or resell it without permission; use it for spam, artificial engagement or deceptive practices; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; or use it in any way that violates law or the rights of others.

6. Third-party services

AllInClips relies on third-party services, including TikTok. Their availability, rules and limits (for example posting limits and review requirements) are outside our control and may change or limit what AllInClips can do. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its owner.

7. Intellectual property

The AllInClips website, software, design and branding belong to us and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You keep ownership of rights you hold in your own content; you grant us the limited permission needed to process and publish it as you instruct.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using AllInClips at any time by disconnecting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by TikTok, or if continuing would put the service or others at risk. On termination we delete stored tokens as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that clips will be accurate, or that videos will reach any audience, earn any reward or remain on TikTok. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, reputation or account access (including suspension of a TikTok account), arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if the service was free. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and costs arising from content you publish through AllInClips or from your breach of these Terms or of any third party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes we will give notice on this website.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Croatia have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.
